About M&S Electric
History
M&S Electric was launched with a family first mindset by Owners Ben and Shawn Ryan. With the idea we can build a business based on relationships with not only clients but vendors and our staff as well. Since its conception M&S now service many industries and prides itself on the very relationships that has grown us to where we are today. With a focus on commercial electrical contracting there isn’t an aspect of your building from new construction, tenant finish, service to energy. We can provide you with a full service design build or take your engineered prints and run with the project. We pride our selves on the quality of work we do and back with up with our affiliation to ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors. Where we send our apprentices for a 4 year trade school, providing some of the best education and field electricians in Kansas City. With a wide relationships based of general contractors, owners and developers we have a full understanding of the project and look forward to working with you on your next build.

Our Team
Shawn Ryan
Owner and Director of Operations
Shawn offers roughly 18 years of experience in the trade to our team. Shawn is married with three kids, two girls and a boy. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, riding ATV’s, as well as vacationing with his family.
Ben Ryan
Owner and Director of Estimating
Ben contributes 43 years of experience in electrical to M&S. Ben enjoys spending his free time with his wife and grandchildren. You can often find him on the lake fishing or spending time at the farm.
Zach Galloway
Project Estimator
Zach brings a focused and detailed mindset to everything he does, focusing on our relationships and bidding solid electrical projects. Zach is married and he and his wife have two dogs, Lady and Merle. Zach is an avid football fan supporting the Chiefs and his alma mater, The University of Alabama (Roll Tide). In his spare time Zach enjoys attending concerts with his wife as well as time outdoors hunting and fishing.
Lindsey Moore
Director of Finance
Lindsey offers 15 years of accounting experience and organization to M&S. Lindsey is married with two boys, during the summer months she enjoys relaxing on the lake with her family.
Shawn Cline
Service Manager
Shawn leads our service team, bringing his Master Electrical knowledge and years in the trade to the forefront. Shawn holds relationships in the highest regards, his family is most important to him as a Dad and Grandfather. When not at work you can find him spending time on his motorcycle; only Harley will do.
Matt Perks
Project Manager
Matt utilizes his 11 years of knowledge in the trade to lead projects from the field as well as manage them from the office. In his free time he spends time with his wife and plays video games.
